Congratulations! You’ve decided to stop smoking!

It is one of the best things you can do for you and your family’s health, but it is not always easy to change a habit.

Even with the best of intentions, we often give in to the temptations that knock us off track.

The CEASE Today modules and lessons are now available online to help you stay on track whenever you feel tempted to smoke. The tools and resources we provide can help you develop the coping skills you need to maintain the healthy, smoke-free lifestyle that you deserve.

This program can help you stay strong to kick your habit successfully. There are three modules, each with lessons and activities. As you achieve the objectives for each lesson, you move closer to your goal of quitting.
